Is there a Cindy Sheehan for the 53rd Congressional District?

Dear Congresswoman Davis,

I commend to you the excellent essay by Stephen Fleischman describing a possible solution to today's political climate: Third Party Gambit.

I'm convinced that the Republicans led by the NeoCons and the Democrats led by the DLC are squarely in the corner of corporate interests, and the Democrats in particular have abandoned their natural constituencies of LABOR, CIVIL RIGHTS and the ENVIRONMENT.

I'm so disappointed in your position on Impeachment. Your PRIMARY responsibility is to uphold and defend the constitution of the U.S. By rationalizing away your reluctance to take a leadership position on this issues, you cause me to question my previous support for you.

I'm also very obviously devastated by your support for the "benchmark" of so-called "production sharing", which compels IRAQ to open their oil resources to our OIL COMPANIES, under the cover of "supporting our troops".

I'm frankly sorry there is no Cindy Sheehan for the 53rd Congressional District.
